directives:include/includex

include and includex read files into the Xilize source.

include. path reads the file at path. The included file can contain any Xilize markup and will be translated as if it was part of the file in which it was included. This is used to place common sections like headers and footers in several files and to include material generated by other programs.

includex. path is similar but performs no translation on the included text.

Often it is useful to use these in combination with ifdef, ifndef, define, and undef.
